Ambivalence - Part 15Anothir arrived in Cheydinhal at dusk. It was a quaint little establishment, and fairly quiet. She admitted it was a bit too chilly over here for her tastes, but she enjoyed it anyhow; she needed a change of scenery. This was her last stop before the big enrollment to the Arcane University.
She had every intention of tackling whatever task she was given as if to give the last testament to her existence. Despite the change of scenery and people, she still had a heavy heart as she ambled carelessly about the new town. She stifled small sobs as she failed miserably to stop thinking of Ocato.
She was so lost and out of it, she didn't even know
Ambivalence - Part 14"Pretty!" Anothir screamed, sitting up in the bed; her eyes wild with fright. She pawed around on the blanket looking for something, anything familiar. She found her Lordis plush. She hugged the stuffed cotton to her chest and wailed. The room was dark, and no one was in sight. "Did he say anything else?" Evangeline asked, squeezing her arm a little.
"He thinks I'm part of the Mythic Dawn!" she wailed, clutching the pillow to her head. "Which just isn't true, Evangeline. I don't even know who they are."
"I can talk to him. That

Luckily Ocato had missed that morning, and the several before that. He often had at least one person a day trying to waltz into the Council room to complain about something ridiculous.
Evenings were fairly quiet as well, save for the bantering Council members in the chamber around eight o'clock. Ocato especially hated the evenings as they always brought long tedious hours in an uncomfortable chair, listening to wealthy, shriveled, old fools try to change the world, one
